how to book
click the 'I'm ready' button below to send us an email or fill in the contact form. We'll pop you a link to our calendar, so you can choose a convenient time, and the invoice which must be paid within 24 hours of booking your session.
The details...
during the session
We'll kick off by reviewing your questionnaire before getting right into it. We want this session to be a value packed as possible so don't be surprised if we put the tangents to one side.
The session will be recorded and supplied back in audio format (shocking we know) for you to review at your leisure.
We record any actions, links to resources and genius moments onto a shared Trello board for you to take away and implement.
before the session
You'll receive a questionnaire to gather your links, info and the key areas and questions you want to cover in the session.
If you are unable to make the session for any reason, email us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule.
after the session
We'll be in touch via Voxer or email to check in and see how things are going and if you need any additional support with the actions from the session and because we like you and want to keep in touch.

A 2 hour session to work through 4-5 areas in depth and 2 weeks of Voxer access after the session for support during implementation.

FAQ
How long are the sessions?
The sessions will last approximately 60 minutes or 2.5 hours depending on the session type you book but we suggest keeping some time afterwards free to digest all we go through. These are stratggy sessions and will require some brain juice so you may need some time to process/action/chill out after. If you need more time you will be invited to book a further session with us or directed to resources that may answer any outstanding questions.
What if I don't know what I need but I know I need help?
We hear you! Sometimes talking through where you are and yours dreams and goals will bring up a natural next step. Be as detailed as you can in the questionnaire and we'll be able to guide the session from there.
What happens if I'm abducted/the world explodes/i forget?
We will try to accommodate rescheduling if it is due to exceptional circumstances but mostly we would expect at least an email to let us know in advance. We reserve the right to decline refunds to missed sessions where no communication takes place or when cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice. Communication is our love language so talk to us and we'll do what we can to help.
